**Key Responsibilities:**
Lead the kitchen team in creating high-quality dishes
Design and develop seasonal menus
Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistency and excellence
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
**Working Days:**
Wednesday to Sunday
**Requirements:**
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Cook in a similar setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
A passion for creating delicious, high-quality food
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
